David Birnbaum
David Birnbaum (born April 8, 1956 in Montreal, Quebec) is a Canadian politician in Quebec, who was elected to the National Assembly of Quebec in the 2014 election.〔("Birnbaum keeps Montreal riding D’Arcy-McGee Liberal" ). Global News, April 7, 2014.〕 He represents the electoral district of D'Arcy-McGee as a member of the Quebec Liberal Party.
Prior to his election to the legislature, Birnbaum served as director-general of the Quebec English School Board Association, of Alliance Quebec and of the Quebec chapter of the Canadian Jewish Congress.〔("David Birnbaum to run for provincial Liberals in D'Arcy McGee" ).
